Governance Structure
PSGPC is formed by the Government of Pakistan and operates under the ETPB. The PSGPC's members are appointed by the government, and the key positions—such as the president and secretary-general—are elected by the committee members themselves.
The committee's leadership is headed by a President, who is elected by the members of PSGPC. Along with the Secretary-General, the President manages day-to-day activities, makes important decisions regarding religious and administrative matters.
To streamline operations, PSGPC forms various sub-committees responsible for specific tasks such as gurdwara maintenance, pilgrim support, donations management, and religious ceremonies. These sub-committees are crucial for the efficient execution of PSGPC's responsibilities.
The financial matters of the PSGPC are overseen by both the convener and the president, who jointly operate the committee’s bank accounts. Donations collected from the gurdwaras are securely deposited, and all financial transactions are closely monitored to ensure transparency.

Strengthen ties with the global Sikh diaspora, especially by facilitating pilgrimages and religious tourism.
Preserve Sikh cultural heritage in Pakistan through initiatives like museums, libraries, and publications.
Ensure the comfort and safety of Sikh yatrees visiting from around the world by providing better facilities and services.
